At first I thought they might be "convenient", but after using them they are now a "NECESSITY". Several years ago I had two back surgeries, these allow one to keep their back straighter while keeping the load level, also easier to control the wheelbarrow. I'll never be without them. I'd been looking for something to make wheelbarrow tasks easier. This was the answer. Since then I have placed a set on my second wheelbarrow which my wife uses. This device has made it much easier for her to use the wheelbarrow. The problem with Simply Dump It is that until people use it they can't comprehend what a difference it makes. I sent a set to my older brother who has wrist problems. For months after I asked if he had used them. No he hadn't. Finally one day I received an email and he had finally put them on,used them and couldn't say enough about how much easier it was to use the wheelbarrow. Maybe he'll finally start listening to me. Probably not. Anyway; this is a great product that is snap to install, durable, makes life easier and your wife, husband or partner will like it. What more could you ask. I also spend most of my daily dialogues telling people how to AVOID injuries and practically carrying out normal activities of daily living. Many patients treat with me for carpal tunnel syndromes and tennis elbow symptoms. Simply Dump It was shown to me for my evaluation for effectiveness of arm and wrist injury wrist prevention. What I discovered was that the SDI design is what I have been telling people for years on how to properly lift and push/pull with their injured extremities during rehab and future activities. It enables the user to avoid extreme wrist rotation and weight loading through the wrist bones that cause a lot of carpal tunnel symptoms. As well it eliminates the associated elbow torque and rotation that can cause tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis). The interesting side benefit is by using the SDI that once in an upright position to dump a wheelbarrow the grips are such that it virtually eliminates lower back torque that could cause lower back problems. I wish I had the ability to have prescribed this device to the thousands of patients I have treated over the years!
